Events and training
PROAMBIENTE promotes training, outreach, and knowledge transfer activities to bring people, companies, and local communities closer to environmental research. We design training programs, lab visits, technology demonstrations, and thematic events, where researchers and experts share methods, tools, and scientific results.
These activities are addressed to students, researchers, companies, professionals, and public institutions, and can be tailored according to the audience and objectives: from awareness and orientation to technical updates and specialized training.
Through hands-on experiences in laboratories and in the field, we make data and technologies tangible, foster dialogue between people and organizations, and strengthen the culture of science and innovation.

A training programme on indoor air quality for schools and local communities
PROAMBIENTE offers a training programme on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) designed to develop scientific, digital, and environmental skills through hands-on activities and the use of real data.
The model builds on the experience of the European project CHANGE – CO₂ Lab (Erasmus+), focused on CO₂ monitoring in schools as an educational tool to raise environmental awareness. It is replicable and adaptable to different educational and local contexts.
The programme combines theoretical training, laboratory activities, and data analysis: from climate change and indoor pollutants to the setup of CO₂ monitoring stations, up to experiments on ventilation and CO₂ dynamics in indoor environments. Students collect and interpret real data, working in groups to produce reports.
Designed for schools, teachers, training providers, and public institutions, the programme can be delivered as a course, workshop, or educational project. The goal is to increase awareness of indoor air quality and strengthen STEM, digital, and environmental skills relevant for schools and communities.
